A Monroe native and Enrolled Agent, Damon offers a wealth of financial expertise rooted in a career that began at JPMorgan Chase in 2006. Following a rapid promotion from Personal Banker to Branch Manager in 2007, he developed a robust foundation in financial management and client advocacy that defines his professional approach today. Outside of the office, Damon is a devoted family man who resides in the community with his wife, Laura—a Spanish teacher at West Monroe High School. He is an avid traveler who treasures the time spent exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories with his family.

Lorenzo is an experienced Financial Advisor, the owner of Pelican Wealth Management, and co-founder of Pelican Wealth Tax Advisors. Born and raised in Monroe, Lorenzo is deeply connected to the community he serves. He attended Neville High School before continuing his education at Louisiana Tech University. In addition to his financial advisory expertise, Lorenzo recently earned his Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, expanding his ability to assist clients with tax-related planning and strategies. Lorenzo takes pride in helping clients make informed financial decisions and values the trust built through honest advice, personal relationships, and long-term service.
